[wplug] TinyURL Firefox extension

I've been a big fan of FireFox for awhile.  I had a lot of problems with
.8 causing segfaults but it seems to of been fixed in one of the nightly
builds and then .9..

Havn't had much time to look at the extensions lately, lot of new ones
being added?
