[wplug] TinyURL Firefox extension

It's not that often I get all excited about a browser enhancement, but I
have to say that I am really, really loving FireFox, and in particular
the "TinyURL" extension.  I use TinyURL a lot in my work - usually
sending the same data repeatedly - and I hate the fact that I am
constantly recreating new TinyURLs for the same sites.  The FireFox
extension actually creates a repository of links you've made for quick
reference, as well as offering a neat little interface to generate new
TinyURLs.

...and for those that are active on IRC it's pretty amazing what they've
been able to do with the ChatZilla extension in under 200k of code.
