I want to thank everyone for their replies and thoughts.  Yinz are 
great!  :)

Anyway, to answer a few questions.

Yes, copyright notice was displayed at all times.

Yes, I've asked the offender to remove the works or give myself
proper credit for them.  (That I would accept as flattery, but blatently 
claiming them as his, thats just ignorant).

The individule actually works for the same company as I, that's what 
really upsets me the most.

I do like the idea of just having a higher google ranking.

I think I'm going to contact him and his ISP (not the company we work 
for) with a cease and dissist order.

<sigh>  This just really sucks..

Someone asked what the pages are..  Don't know if I should post these to 
the lug, but here goes..
