You know, I'm sorry I didn't read the whole message, I just scanned it and
saw 'small' system.. CMSimple doesnt have any of the extras, but phpBB
if skinned right will match it perfectly..
It doesn't have a user system either, just very basic.. Only CMS system
I've tried setting up though..
