I see that article in a different way.  It was written to show a view
point and a counter view point.  It was done to make the article
interesting and not leave the reader with a feeling that the reporter
was in absolute love with 'the product'.  I think good publicity, even
publicity that includes counter view points, is going to be good for
Linux and open source in the long run.  I'm sure there's somebody out
there that read the article and is now more informed and interested in
downloading or buying Linux to give it a whirl.
