	Hay, russ, you out there?

	I have pretty good luck with phpnuke (http://www.phpnuke.org). 
It's pretty easy to setup, and they just released a new version.

	We've coded our own modules for http://www.wifimaps.com, to 
interface with our mapserver/gis-database -- as an example.
