[wplug] 32-bit ISA Slot name

no, its not vesa (that's an isa port with what looks like a short pci slot
on the end).  It's not EISA (that's just beige isa :).  The ONLY time I've
seen 'double isa' slots is for backplane connectors, and I'm not sure if
there is a standard name.
