Remember this?

I may have missed some newworthy occurance, but hasn't the date by which
SCO needs to "put up or shut up" already gone by?

I mean, I didn't hear anything about SCO providing any proof, so (per
the Judges orders) don't they need to crawl back into their little hole?

Anyone hear anything about this?
