[wplug] What do I edit XF86Config with?

Actually, I'm okay with vi. Have used it for other stuff, just have 
never really delved into config files and didn't know if that was the 
correct tool for the job.

I'm out of time on this today. Will have to work on it tomorrow AM to 
resolve. Lost access to the projector I need to test it on (meeting 
moved into the room). Ah well.
