[wplug] Convert 6/16/2003 0:00:00 to 2003-06-16?

I have a CSV someone gave me from MS Access.

I need to import this into MySQL.

But the dates read like 6/16/2003 0:00:00 and I need to convert them in 
the text file to a what MySQL expects, which is 2003-06-16.

Anyone have any really good ideas?
