Use Checkinstall Re: [wplug] tarballs to RPMs

Got it !

I was a bit confused there.

There are spec files in my tarball but none that can be used to make the RPM 
(hence the errors).

I'm reading the documentation at maximum RPM and am slowly getting
up to speed as to what needs done.
