I'll give a plug for Telerama.  They're Linux/BSD friendly and as long
as you're not running the next Slashdot off of your home site they don't
have problems with servers.  You'll get your two static IP's and
excellent support, but as someone else mentioned, they may not be the
fastest in town.  Certainly cable is going to be a bit faster.

I've been very happy with them though.
