[wplug] problem opening mp3 files

I use xmms for listeneing to streaming radio.  I am running Gnome on Debian Sarge.  I normally listen to  WRCT m3u streaming over the Internet.  Today, when I
go to the wrct web site and click on the link, I get a save file dialog.
I cannot open the stream only save it to a file.  I can open up other
streaming links.  How can I get the WRCT link to open?  Can I actually
save a streaming link to a file?  If so, how long will it save the
stream.  thanks for the help.
