Have you considered being flattered? theft is, after all, a MOST sincere
form of flattery - -

Another option is a cease-and-desist letter - and the most rewarding form
might be to request that they pull their fraudulent copyright notice and
attribute the work to you and your ISP, rather than financial compensation.
This gives more people access to the help of your work, gives credit where
it's due, and remains in the spirit of the GPL.
