Thanks for the info.  We'll look into it.

But we're still looking for traceroutes if folks have problems
accessing the page, experiencing problems such as partial image loads,
the first K or two loading and then it hangs, that kind of thing.  Folks
are experiencing that on non-IE browsers, and via ssh connections.
