Hello,
I apologise for emailing you directly.

I found your post on 09/06/2003 regarding configure of an APC 1100 back up 
UPS.

I have just bought one, and the only config I can get working is a 'dumb' 
configure.

I thought this was suppost to be a 'smart ups'?

Could you tell me what cable type you used, and what driver name?
