[wplug] post to nntp in PINE?

newsgroup access in pine is through cyrus imap.  You are posting to 
imap folders, at least that's what pine thinks.  If you want to make 
sure it gets sent into the newsgroup, use this address:  
post+cmu.misc.market at andrew.cmu.edu (of course, use the LaTeX group, 
not cmu.misc.market).
