[wplug] realplayer plugins in firebird

i've got realplayer working such that it spawns the realplayer when i click
on a .rm file. however, when a the media is imbedded in the web page all i
get is one of those little puzzle piece looking things. since many pages
only allow media to be viewed as a plug, can someone tell me how to get the
plugin to work within the browser --- specifically firebird?
