I've seen many laptops use only IRQ 11, I've had to go into the BIOS 
and change it so all the PCI devices aren't manually set to IRQ11.  I 
suspect that windows deals better with interrupt sharing than linux, or 
something.  It's sad that on modern hardware, I have such problems with 
two or more devices fighting over limited IRQs.
