Sometime in September Alexandros Papadopoulos assaulted the keyboard and produced:

Content-Description: signed data
| Hard to believe, but here's a piece of bad news, to put matters into
| perpective:
|
| "Windows Server 2003 doubles active sites since July; 5% were previously
| running Linux"

don't worry too much. if you check out the web server survey:

http://news.netcraft.com/archives/web_server_survey.html

you'll notice that the derivative of the curve for apache is positive while
the one for microsoft is negative. it looks like apache is at an all time
high.
