[wplug] Compact Flash

I have both a USB "keychain fob" flash device and a "6-in-1" USB attached
media reader. Both work under RHL with zero additional config intervention.
Devices are seen as SCSI - so on my non-scsi devices that starts with
/dev/sda. I have only tried CF, SmartMedia, and a MicroDrive as those are
the only media I have.

I have partitioned the MicroDrive and made non-DOS partitions (which most of
the flash devices I've seen some with) and it works as expected.
