Really?  I thought TFTP was the 'trivial file transfer protocol' used
for netbooting and flashing routers (you know who you are).  Anonymous
FTP is just plain old regular FTP, but with laxer permissions.

Maybe the windows world has hijacked the term tftp and confused it
with anonymous ftp.
