And that's the beauty of my idea- people are willing to pay for it EVEN 
THOUGH IT DOESN'T HELP THEM.  They are willing to pay to appear normal, 
and to CYA.  Apparently, all it takes to CYA in the business world is a 
worthless sheet of paper, as Microsoft's example so clearly 
illustrates.

I agree with everything you say- and that's why it's a good idea.
