According to an article in the Sept. 2003  issue of Wired Magazine
(http://WWW.WIRED.COM/wired/archive/11.09/mit.html) - MIT is putting all
of its' coursework online.  Usage is free.  Included are such as a
syllabus, lecture notes, exams, projects, readings and projects.

The project is known as "MIT OpenCourseWare" and can be accessed at:
http://ocw.mit.edu/index.html.
