[wplug] VSFTPD Problems

Not familiar with vsftpd, but...

What happens when you connect using netcat or telnet -- does a vsftpd
process spawn on the server? Also, from the man page:

log_ftp_protocol

When enabled, all FTP requests and responses are logged, providing the
option xferlog_std_format is not enabled. Useful for debugging.

Maybe that could give some clues.
