[wplug] OT?: Stargate to Earthlink Switch

Part of me hates to recommend them because they can't figure out reverse
DNS, but I have 512/512 DSL with two static IPs from Libcom
(www.libcom.com) for around $50/month.  Aside, from being completely
clueless about reverse DNS, I can't complain about my service.  I don't
know anything about email accounts, etc, because I do all that myself.  
They don't block any ports.
