[wplug] USB Smart Card Reader

I've seen problems where the SCSI bus that's being emulated by the
usb-storage device sometimes needs to be reset manually before it
notices a new device showing up. I've always used 'cdrecord -reset'
(mostly because I'm trying to use the ide-scsi cd burner when I need to
reset the scsi bus).

I hope that helps.
