[wplug] rdesktop windows configuration..

Sometime in October Henry Umansky assaulted the keyboard and produced:

| right-click "My Computer" and choose properties, click on the "Remote" tab, 
| under the section "Remote Desktop" click on the option to allow users to 
| connect to this computer.  By default it will allow the current user logged 
| on to be the only user to login remotely, but you can add more users.  Then 
| on the linux machine on the command line just type "rdesktop <IP Address>".
