[wplug] [OT] Anyone else notice DSL service degradation?

A work associate has had similar complaints to yours.
He lives in the Greentree/Crafton part of town.
He uses a Windows based PC.
I'm wondering if Verizon isn't the problem.

I haven't had any problems.
