[wplug] (OT) Laptop Durability

My experience with Dell laptops recently has not been
good.  Two of my co-workers and I have all have
2-year-old Dells (two Latitudes and one Inspiron, all
P-III models).  We all have on-site service, which is
a good thing, because Dell has been out here many,
many times.

This is surprising since this is my third Latitude. 
I've had one through work since the mid-90s.  Never
had a problem with the first two.  This one has been
repaired five times so far and I need to call again
for a broken touchpad.

Other than that it runs great!  :-)
