[wplug] Announcing the creation of a BSD-specific mailing list sponsored by WPLUG

Hello all,

For all those who were at the last GUM, or that have a general interest in things
BSD, wplug has created a wplug-bsd at wplug.org mailing list.

This is rather new and experimental, since we don't really know what the interest
level will be like.  Feel free to join if you're interested in BSD, and posting
rules are pretty much the same as the wplug at wplug.org list.
