[wplug] IP-address in loopback disappears

hey,
wondered if anyone has ever seen something like this...

i use privoxy to browse the web. occasionally my internet connection is
down. when i check my interfaces is see that that loopback interface has
no ipaddress. then privoxy of course crashes. i assign 127.0.0.1 again
to lo, restart the services and it works again.

any idea why loopback crashes????
