[wplug] Crontab command parameters

I was always using the n option to only look at a snap shop of the 
processes and usage.  It was the 'b' option that solved the error I was 
getting from the original post. 

This is what I have been running and it is doing what I need:
0-59/30 0-23/1 * * * top -bn1
