[wplug] unable to mount disk

too lazy to run fdisk :). really though, i just needed one big drive so i
formatted the raw disk. i didn't think anything of it.  billings pointed
out that linux could handle it while other os'es might have trouble. since
i formatted it ext3, i wasn't too concerned about weather windows could
read the data. i didn't think there would be any problem with doing this,
but evidentally there are benefits to having partitions in this case.
