[wplug] Missing inetd.conf

I'm setting up samba and need to edit my inetd.conf file like the HOWTO
states. I notice when I try and find /etc/inetd.conf that it's not
there. The HOWTO also stated that smb.conf should be in /etc when in
fact it's in /etc/samba/ so I'm wondering if the HOWTO is incorrect and
I should be looking elsewhere? I already did a search on / in konqueror
and came up with nothing and I do have "view hidden files" checked.
