I would say it has something to do that it changed on apache's website as
well.

Stupid, I had a Red Hat 8 box right in front of me, but I checked thru an
ssh session into an older version.

Ugh, why'd they go and do that?  Sounds like the one-size-fits-all 
mentality has even taken hold w.r.t. package names.  Not to mention the 
inconsistency from version to version.

BTW, anyone here running a web server on Linux *other* than Apache?
