[wplug] RPM

I know that this is in the archives but I can't get to them.  The page can't
be displayed.   I am assuming that the site is being worked on.

Now the question.  What is the rpm option that upgrades a package only if
it's installed?  I tried to find this on google but had no luck.  I know
that U is the upgrade option, but it will install the package if it's not
currently on the system, right?
