Can't speak for SuSE but Red Hat is decidedly "bursty" when it comes to
producing boxed product.  I suppose it comes from having eaten a TON of
boxed product during the 7.x phase.  Much like HD manufacturers, they may
have a simple large run, and that's all they're gonna make until the next
model....
