The only thing that I have purchased was Linux Unleashed that came with a RH
6.2 CD I think, although I do plan on purchasing some CDs or just donating.
I just haven't really got around to it yet.

My first Linux was a boxed copy of Mandrake 7.0
purchased at Barnes & Noble. As I recall, it cost
about $30, which I thought (and still think) was a
fantastic deal for an OS + office suite (StarOffice).

If you count books with CDs, I have also purchased RH,
Slack and Caldera.

(It just occurred to me that I've used Win3.1, 95, 98,
and ME, and have never purchased a boxed copy of
Windows - the closest I've come was shelling out $20
or $25 for W95 on floppies when I needed *something*
to put on a couple of machines w/o CDROMs...)
