Windoze refund (was: RE: [wplug] Laptop Criteria)

I doubt you'll ever find a large tier one that offers linux on all their
machines, it's just too much for them to do in a market that is cut
throat.  Dell is the #1 tier 1 computer manufacturer for a reason.
