[wplug] sync'ing files between machines

Does anyone have a tip on the best program that I can use to sync files between two machines?

I have a VPN tunnel between 2 machines (one currently W2K and one RH8 w/Samba). The W2K is being replaced w/ RH8 as soon as I work out a few final issues. 

I want an easy way to do a nightly backup files from the W2K machine to the Linux box - something that will easily convert to backup Linux to Linux.

I only want to pull the changed files as available bandwidth is a limitation.
