I changed the url and when I ran it nothing happened.  No messages and no
files.

I assume that these files are going to be downloaded over http, since the
file glob stuff didn't work.  Does the server have directory listing turned
on?  If so, then the attached perl script might be of assistance.  You'll
have to edit the base url at lines 26 and 35.
