Find out who their Global Service Provider is, it might be their GSP that 
is causing the problems with reverse DNS.  I have Telerama and all I have 
to do is join their IRC chatroom and poof I have reverse DNS (well maybe 
not that easy, I do have to provide them with a name for the PTR record).
