[wplug] can't boot my red hat 8.0 box to the new kernel

Red Hat likes to use volume labels to identify which partition is /. 
You can take a look at e2label or edit /boot/grub/grub.conf and change the 
root=LABEL=/ to be the same as the entry that works.
