I still say speakeasy. 1.5 connection ( I usually get 160k/sec down ) 
$67 a month ( including all the taxes ) with a static IP and no port 
blocking. I've had the service for quite some time with minimal 
downtime at night ( between 12am-6am ), and haven't ever experienced 
downtime during the day. I haven't tried telerama though, so I can't 
say one is better than the other.
