[wplug] RH7.3 GUI login problem

THANKS Alexandros and Jonathan! You 2 got me thinking and YES I did 
have and entry in my dot rc file referencing my display. I don't 
understand why it came up with only mach1:0.0... I had the entry as
DISPLAY='uname -n' which always did come up with the full machine 
name. I have commented it for now and will do some researching.
