No, the _inverse_ of that. Something like this (dates, versions,
advisories are all fictional).

Package: foo-2.1
Updates:
  Version Date Reason
  foo-2.1-3.rpm 2002-12-07 Updated for advisory RHSA-2002:153-01
                             Released: RedHat Linux 7.2
  foo-2.1-2.rpm 2002-06-28 Updated for advisory RHSA-2002:118-08
  foo-2.1-1.rpm 2001-11-21 Updated for advisory RHSA-2001:101-92
  foo-2.1-0.rpm 2001-10-01 Released: RedHat Linux 7.1

(where the RPM, the versions, and the advisories are clickable links).

In other words, a searchable revision history for their released
RPMs. Maybe they have that, but I haven't found it.

I suspect that RedHat's answer is "just use up2date and don't worry,
be happy".
