[wplug] Outlook with .dat attachment

No Exchange Server here.  Outlook 2000 SR-1.

I wonder if Outlook doesn't know what these are:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit


I could call M$ for a fix.  I mean, it's nice to have one company to call so I can get support.
