He said that you had to e-mail tech support and they promised a 4 day response (now that is service).

His two year old daughter is freaking out because she can't see Dora the Explorer on demand.

To bad he restarted the setup.  Simply restarting the
TiVo would have done it.  

Stupid question, but has he called tech support on
getting out of the setup?
