[wplug] ISA/PC Card Bridge installation

I inherited an isa to pcmcia adapter card/reader today.  I have no
documentation for it.  Its apparently an adaptec card (the face plate
says adaptec at least) and the chipset is Vadem-365.  

I did some googling and found that this chipset is supported under
linux, but didnt find any how-to's, drivers, or other information to
help me install the card.

Anyone on the list experienced in this area?
